What makes me different?
First of all, I have been where you are. I have experiences mental & physical health challenges, negative past experiences, limiting beliefs, resistance to change.
I know the difficulties but I have also experienced the profound healing journey, I know what it takes not just from my experience but also the training I have done, and am still doing.
Secondly, I am passionate about learning and love up-levelling myself, my knowledge and skills so that I can serve myself and my client better. Not only am I a Belief Coding Facilitator & Therapeutic Art Life Coach, I am also working towards my accreditation to be a Belief Coding Advanced Master Facilitator which includes Mind Navigation, Group Belief Coding & being Trauma Informed; and currently training to be a SOMA Breath Work Instructor.
Lastly, I combine Creativity & Coaching which not only adds fun to what I do but also has the added benefits of: nervous system regulation, connecting to self & intuition, boosting imagination, sharpening cognitive functions, promoting problem-solving, alleviating anxiety & boosting mood.
