10-Year Chronic Back Pain Vanished in Just 2 Hours…

Wild, right? You're probably wondering, "How's that even a thing?" I totally get it. A while back, I'd have called it bonkers too… BUT its also true.

And I am going to tell you exactly how, but first, this is where it started…

Once upon a time…

After falling over at work, twisting my back, I woke up one day in absolute agony and I couldn’t move my legs. Trapped and terrified, I screamed for help. 

For 2 weeks I was dependent on my mum, to get out of bed, get downstairs, even to have a bath. Humiliated, I felt weak, broken and ashamed. The frustration, when your head says “you should be able to do these things” and your body just says NO.

After a decade of trying every medication and therapy with no luck, I stumbled upon this book.

It talked about healing a broken back in 9 weeks using the mind-body connection. It seemed far-fetched, but it wasn’t the only story of incredible healing in the book. Hope sparked…

I dove into learning about the nervous system and the impact of stress and trauma on our bodies. How unprocessed emotional baggage can manifest physically. Yes, I was skeptical, but the logic was compelling.

Despite that voice in the back of my head saying, “don’t be stupid, this can’t be real, don’t be so gullible.” The logic of it made sense to me. That if a build up of stress and trauma can cause these symptoms then processing and releasing it could remove them. 

I started practicing meditation, gratitude, and self-care.

I was already into singing and discovered my artistic side during COVID (that's a story for another day). All these activities are great for calming the nervous system and my health improved.

Then, I discovered Belief Coding®. It combines the best of various scientifically backed methods. It's about finding the root of your discomfort and using your subconscious to process and release it, creating new, supportive beliefs.

Skeptical?

Yeah, me too. There were moments that voice in the back of my mind comes in and says “but will it work for me? Sure, there are tonnes of testimonials… but I wanted more tangible proof, needed to feel it to believe it.

So I did a session on the lower back pain and it was amazing... 

The pain wasn’t just about the fall I had at work, that was just the last straw. Memories of: helplessness I felt when my brother died, feeling weak & broken after a relationship breakup, feeling stuck & trapped because I was not following my passion, feeling like “there’s something wrong with me” after a friend broke my heart. 

After working through all that in the session, I was gobsmacked.

The pain? Poof. Gone. For days after, I’m doing all sorts of gymnastics, checking if the pain would sneak back. Nope. Nothing.

A few weeks down the line, I’m racking up steps for a Diabetes UK challenge – over 12K steps some days. Me, The Chronic Pain Veteran. And guess what? The pain’s still history.

It feels freaking incredible! I’ve never felt more liberated. And the best part?

I know it's not coming back.

I am proof that it’s real, that it’s possible. If my story can happen, if I’ve seen it work miracles for others, it can happen for you too.
